E-Commerce Assistant

· Assist in managing daily operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces. · Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. · Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to prevent overselling. · Process online orders and ensure timely order fulfillment. · Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional manner. · Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issues. · Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events. · Monitor website content for accuracy and report technical issues when identified. · Support the creation and scheduling of digital marketing and email campaigns. · Track sales performance and prepare basic reports using Excel or analytics tools. · Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. · Help optimize product pages for SEO and improved customer experience. · Maintain organized records of products, orders, returns, and customer feedback. · Assist with returns, exchanges, and refund processes according to company policies. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. **Education & Experience** · Previous experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, digital marketing, or customer support. · Experience managing online marketplaces and product catalogs is an advantage. · Familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and customer service workflows. · Ability to manage products on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. · Experience uploading and updating Product titles, descriptions, images, product categories, attributes and specifications. · Ability to coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams. · Ability to process and monitor online orders from purchase to delivery. · Knowledge of order confirmation, picking and packing processes, shipment tracking, delivery issue resolution returns and refunds. · Ability to resolve customer issues professionally. · Experience managing complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds. · Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality. · Ability to review and maintain website content accuracy. · Basic understanding of SEO principles · Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, E-commerce analytics dashboards **Soft Skills** · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Problem-solving ability. · Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. · Proactive approach to identifying issues and improvements. · Ability to work in a fast-paced online retail environment. **Minimum required profile (for hiring):** - 1–2 years of e-commerce operations experience (preferred) - Strong Excel and data management skills - Experience updating product catalogs - Customer service experience - Basic digital marketing and SEO knowledge - Good communication and organizational skills
