**About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Barista to join the Tailwind team! As a part of the Tailwind experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. In the Barista/Cashier role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your main goal will be to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding experience. Veterans and Military family members are encouraged to apply! **Responsibilities to include but not limited to:** - Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale system - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Provide information about menu items and make recommendations - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation **Qualification/Skills:** - Experience with point of sale systems - Previous experience in cash handling and customer service - Barista experience-preferred **Requirements:** - Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge - Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual **Benefits:** - Paid training - Employee discount - Employee referral program - 401k with company matching - Health, dental and vision offered to full time employees **Shift: 4:15am to 12pm 12/1pm to 9:45pm** Tailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
