Dual Language Caregiver

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated **Dual Language Caregiver** ( English/Spanish) to join our team in **Fountain, NC.** **Minimum Qualifications:** - High School Diploma/GED - Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) required - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications:** - Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or state equivalency - Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole, as applicable) required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with individuals of diverse background **Responsibilities:** - Follow policies, procedures and guidelines described in Grow Early Learning content area manuals, Child Care Licensing and OHS Requirements.
