As a **Dual Behavioral** **Health Clinician**, you would be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team providing intensive residential treatment for individuals navigating severe substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. At our 74-bed inpatient Recovery Center, we will deliver integrated, trauma-informed care, addressing crisis stabilization, medication management, and long-term recovery planning. This is a direct service position providing person-centered, trauma-informed care to clients experiencing mental health and substance use symptoms. This position has access to mental health billing and service records. **Location:** 16^th^ & Burnside (1616 E Burnside St. Portland, OR 97214) **Schedule:** Tueday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm (Saturday & Sunday off) **Salary Ranges from:** $73,000- $124,000 *\*Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity. You can find more information about your representation here www.afscme.org***Must meet qualifications for:** - QMHP-C - LPC-A or LPC - LMFT-A or LMFT - CSWA or LCSW **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** - **CADC-1 or greater required** - Experience in mental health and substance use treatment preferred. - Has the competencies necessary to: - Identify precipitating events - Gather histories of mental, emotional and physical disabilities, alcohol and drug use, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts - Assess family, social and work relationships - Conduct a mental status assessment - Document a multiaxial DSM diagnosis - Write and implement or supervise implementation of a treatment plan - Conduct and document a mental health assessment - Provide mental health treatment and rehabilitative services within one's scope of practice. - Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA. - Have, or able to obtain, Adult CPR prior to start date. - Must have current Adult First Aid Certification prior to start date. - **Must become a certified Director’s Custody designee in Multnomah County within the first 6 months of hire.** - Ability to adhere to Central City Concern’s drug-free workplace which encourages a safe, healthy and productive work environment and strictly complies with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
