We’re looking for a **DSP Supervisor** to keep the energy high, the environment safe, and the services running smoothly — all while leading a team that delivers quality care with heart. ### What You’ll Be Doing: - Supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in a dynamic **Day Program** setting - Making sure daily programming meets Richmond’s standards of excellence - Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals through educational, recreational, and community-based activities - Keeping the Day Program running like clockwork — schedules, staff, support, and all the small details that make a big difference - Reporting directly to the **Day Program Manager** and stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving forward ### You’ll Fit Right In If You: - Have **1–2 years of supervisory experience** (or have completed Richmond’s own Supervisory Training) - Have at least **1 year of experience** supporting individuals with developmental disabilities - Are computer-savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can write clearly and concisely - Know how to balance structure with compassion, and confidence with flexibility - Hold a valid driver’s license (NY, NJ, or CT) with 3+ years in good standing ### Bonus Points If You: - Have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare or a related field - Are the kind of person who brings calm, creativity, and kindness to a busy day ### Why Richmond?
