# Experienced PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Starting at $22.00/hour Boone Supported Living is seeking experienced and dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our team in a flexible PRN coverage role. This position is ideal for experienced DSPs who want scheduling flexibility while maintaining consistent part-time hours. PRN DSPs help cover available shifts based on the needs of the individuals we support and receive an increased starting wage of **$22.00 per hour**. ## What PRN Means at Boone Supported Living Our PRN position is a flexible coverage role-not an on-call position and not an occasional one-shift-per-month position. PRN DSPs: - Do not have permanently assigned or recurring weekly shifts - Must average at least 16 hours per week, calculated over each three-month period - Submit their availability at least three weeks in advance - Accept or decline assigned shifts within 24 hours - May be asked to support different homes or service areas based on organizational needs - Work with our Scheduling team to select and coordinate available shifts ## Pay and Incentives - Starting PRN wage: **$22.00 per hour** - Additional medical and behavioral shift differentials may apply - Eligible employees may participate in DSP Apprenticeship wage increases and bonuses - Additional organizational incentives may be available The PRN rate includes a **$3.25-per-hour premium** above our standard DSP starting wage.
