As a **Youth Driver**, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring kids have safe and reliable transportation, helping them access the programs that make a difference in their lives. **What You'll Do:** - Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center. - Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity. - Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor. - Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs. - Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly. - Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws. **What are We Looking For?** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be 21 years or older. - Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years). - Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety. - A love for working with kids and a friendly, positive attitude. - Patience, reliability, and empathy. **Position Details & Perks:** - **Competitive Pay:** Earn $18/hour for your valuable time and dedication. - **Convenient Schedule:** Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 4:00 PM, with additional hours available during the summer. - **Meaningful Impact:** Be part of a mission-driven team making a difference in the lives of children in your community. **About the Kroc Center:** The Quincy Kroc Center redefines what a community center is all about.
