Behind the scenes, you’ll run reports, verify qualifications, track hiring trends, and keep everything in line with DOT and company standards. In short—you’ll play a BIG part in building our driving force nationwide. **What makes you a great fit?** - A natural communicator and connector - Energized by fast-paced, high-volume recruiting or sales work - Flexible, coachable, and ready to travel when opportunity calls - Detail-driven, deadline-ready, and resourceful - High school diploma or equivalent in education, paired with one or more years of previous sales or high-volume recruiting experience - Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, messages to and from truck drivers - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills - Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters - Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs **And the rewards?
