Through safe transportation, personalized service, and genuine hospitality, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their journey. Your professionalism, local knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless luxury guest experience. **Summary of Responsibilities** Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: - Providing safe, courteous, and timely transportation for hotel guests. - Greeting guests warmly and professionally while assisting with opening doors as guests board and exit the vehicle. - Loading, transporting, and unloading guest luggage with care and attention. - Delivering professional, friendly, personalized, and engaging service. - Maintaining expert knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues, and transportation options. - Providing recommendations and information to guests in an engaging and informative manner. - Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. - Ensuring assigned vehicles are properly fueled and ready for service. - Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles at all times. - Monitoring vehicle maintenance needs and promptly reporting any mechanical issues, damage, safety concerns, or required repairs to leadership. - Assisting guests with directions, hotel information, and special requests whenever possible. - Communicating effectively with Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Maintaining a welcoming presence in hotel arrival and departure areas as an ambassador of the property and brand. - Following all departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines. - Supporting other Guest Services functions as operational needs require. - Performing other duties as assigned. ## Qualifications - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record requ…
