As a **Service Center** **Consultant**, you’ll guide customers through the licensing process, conduct drive tests, and serve as a trusted resource for both the public and your team through the following responsibilities: - **Support the supervisor** with daily team coordination and workflow efficiency. - **Serve as a key customer contact** by answering questions, issuing licenses/IDs, and conducting drive tests. - **Apply expert knowledge of eligibility requirements, licensing standards, and REAL ID** rules to verify identity and issue credentials. - **Administer and score all driving examinations**, including motorcycle, car, truck, passenger, and CDL pre-trip, skills, and road tests. - **Review state and federal records** to determine issuance decisions and conduct required re-examinations. - **Assist and strengthen the team** through training, mentoring, and sharing procedural expertise. **Work Conditions**: When administering drive tests, you’ll be exposed to all weather elements and driving skill levels for an extended period.
