## **Drayage Sales :** Direct Traffic Solutions is seeking a **Drayage Sales** to lead and scale our drayage division, driving operational excellence and delivering world-class service across our logistics network. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, distributed operations team. - Oversee drayage operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. - Drive **business development and revenue growth** within the drayage segment. - Build and manage relationships with **key clients, ports, carriers, and freight partners**. - Lead pricing strategy, **rate negotiations**, and capacity planning to maximize margins. - Oversee drayage operations to ensure **on-time delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction**. - Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s drayage footprint. - Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and profitability metrics. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align **customer acquisition and execution**. ## **What We’re Looking For** - Strong background in **drayage sales, carrier sales, or logistics business development**. - Proven track record in **revenue generation and client relationship management**. - Experience negotiating rates and managing carrier networks. - Operational knowledge of **ports, containers, and drayage logistics**. - Strategic mindset with ability to scale operations and sales simultaneously. **Qualifications:** - **5+ years of experience** in drayage, logistics sales, or operations leadership. - Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field** (preferred). - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, growth-driven environment**. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive base salary + commission - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Supportive team environment - Onsite position in Franklin, Tennessee
