Doubletree TCC- Hybrid Guest Service Agent

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team at Doubletree TCC in a hybrid role that includes work on some days and nights. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, both in person and through virtual channels. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in utilizing technology for virtual interactions **Responsibilities:** - Welcome guests warmly and professionally - Aid guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Address guest queries in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms - Handle guest payments and maintain precise records - Resolve guest problems and complaints promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience **Work Environment:** This role will require working on-site at the hotel and remotely, providing guest assistance through virtual channels. The successful candidate must be comfortable working some days and nights, using technology to conduct virtual interactions while delivering the same level of service as with in-person interactions.
