## Overview Elite Medical Transport is seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Paramedics to staff our 911 emergency response services in Doña Ana County. This position is focused on high-acuity, time-sensitive responses to public emergency calls, requiring exceptional judgment, rapid decision-making, and advanced patient care skills in unpredictable environments. This is a 911 dedicated position with a dedicated station. No posting required. **Key Responsibilities** As a 911 Paramedic, you will be primarily responsible for the immediate and urgent response to 911 dispatches for medical emergencies within Doña Ana County. Your core duties include: **Emergency Response & Patient Assessment:** - Respond promptly and safely to 911 calls, operating the ambulance according to applicable safety laws and company policy, often under emergent conditions. - Rapidly and accurately examine and evaluate patients in various, often stressful or uncontrolled, environments to determine the extent of their injuries/illness and the necessary physical, environmental, and psychological care. **Emergency Medical Treatment:** - Provide immediate, high-quality, and compassionate patient care consistent with your level of EMT certification/licensure, assigned Job Description, and Clinical Practice Guidelines. - Perform necessary interventions using appropriate emergency techniques and equipment to stabilize and treat patients on-scene and during transport. **Documentation & Compliance:** - Complete thorough and timely electronic patient care reports (ePCRs), accurately documenting patient information, condition, treatment rendered, and disposition in accordance with policy. - Gather essential patient data, obtain necessary signatures, and maintain strict patient confidentiality and respect for patient rights during all phases of care. **Operational Readiness:** - Safely transport patients to definitive care facilities in accordance with established policies and protocols. - Ensure the assigned ambulance is maintained as a safe, clean, and fully stocked environment, ready for immediate deployment on the next emergency call. - Maintain accountability for all medical equipment and supplies utilized during a shift. ## Description Elite Medical Transport of Texas, LLC ELITE MEDICAL TRANSPORT is a locally owned and operated medical service provider.
