## Overview The Document Administrator will be responsible for assisting in all aspects related to the opening and scanning of Screening, Vendor Credentialing and Insurance mail coming to the Richardson, TX location. RealPage Document Administration uses the Red Falcon machine for ripping open the mail and scanning to the appropriate folder on the network. ## Responsibilities - Open and double check mail received daily. - Good understanding of identifying different types of documents received. - Opening and Scanning mail items then prepping for processing. - Meet minimum quantity per hour requirements assigned by manager. - Re-index/Classify documents as needed. - Receive training for different business lines. - Provide support for other document management teams when needed. ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required. - 1-2 years of experience in operations. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met. - Proficient in oral and written communication. Decision making, time management and organizational skills. - Able to stoop and lift boxes/mail up to 25 lbs. Able to sit or stand for extended period of time. - Ability to hit deadlines. Reliable and dependable. - Ability to adapt to change. Problem solving skills.
