ARO is looking to hire a CSR Document Processor for their Idaho Falls, ID location. Document Processors will perform site-specific operational functions as determined by ARO and client. Processors will perform data entry, mail, printing, prepping files, document Scanning and office duties as needed. Physical demands: Must be able to perform light to medium lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies; large amount of time spent sitting and standing. Monday through Friday - 8:30 - 5:00. Very nice casual office environment. ***Essential Functions and Additional Responsibilities:*** · Prepping files to be scanned - Removing paperclips, staples, etc. · Utilize equipment to create digital images of loan documents · Data Entry of files · Utilizing inventory software to track/move documents through the pipeline · Requires high attention to detail on daily projects · Communicating to team members any issues that arise · Must be able to lift 25+ pounds regularly · Other responsibilities as directed by management Performs other related duties and assignments as required. **KEY SKILLS** · Team oriented mindset · Good inter-personal skills · Good communication skills · Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines · Beginning knowledge of excel preferred. · Intermediate knowledge of other office tools (ie, Word, Outlook, etc) preferred. · Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback and coaching.
