The Division Vice President is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association(s) they are assigned at or near the ratio level to keep the division balanced. Additionally, the DVP will assist the Division President with training and supervising the division staff **Responsibilities Include:** - Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community - Function as a Community Manager for assigned accounts, including all aspects of the CAM job description - Recruit, select, train, and manage division employees - Support Division President with initiatives and operations **Applicants Must:** - Maintain licensing in some states - Have at least 2 years of previous leadership experience - Have at least 2 years of previous Community Management Experience - Be professional, organized, and self-motivated - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills - Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record - Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills **Benefits and Compensation:** - Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications - Training and Support provided - Comprehensive benefits package - Work-life balance Sentry Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer Previously 'Assistant Division Manager'
