**Div. 114 Pompano Beach, FL** **Summary** Responsible for overseeing the financial performance, resource planning, and operational efficiency of assigned division. Ensuring alignment between project execution, sales efforts, and long-term business objectives by closely monitoring key metrics and driving team accountability through regular reviews and meetings. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Analyze the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Work in Progress (W.I.P.) schedules to assess financial performance and project status. - Evaluate and adjust weekly and 3-month manpower schedules to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation. - Review all project bids prior to submission to maintain accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company goals. - Monitor backlog reports and track weekly bid volume for each salesperson to evaluate pipeline health and sales performance. - Oversee and approve the weekly design schedule to ensure timely project design and delivery. - Lead the weekly operations (OPS) meeting with salespeople and superintendents to align on goals, address challenges, and support cross-functional coordination. **Education and/or Experience** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or 10 years equivalent work experience. **Computer Skills** Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. **Physical Demands** While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands; talk or hear, stand, walk, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
