About the Role As a District Senior Human Resources Analyst, you will provide advanced-level HR support and consultation to leadership, managers, and employees within assigned districts. This role involves delivering expert guidance in key HR areas, including: • Classification and compensation • Recruitment and staffing • Employee relations • Performance management • Policy interpretation • HR compliance and best practices You will play a central role in driving data-informed decisions, resolving complex HR issues, and fostering a positive, equitable workplace culture aligned with VDH’s mission and workforce goals.
