District Manager - On Premise

SUMMARY Responsible for the management of a team of Account Managers in an assigned territory. Monitor team performance and coach, teach, and train individuals to achieve the highest standards of execution in the marketplace in supper of Champion Brands, Inc mission statement. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following: **Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.** Other duties may be assigned. - Consistently focused on opportunities to improve company sales and profits. - Demonstrate creativity in building new business and expanding existing customer relationships by building strong relationships - Maintains a high level of energy and commitment, using available resources to manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus. Works with a sense of urgency to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a timely and accurate manner. - Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to relay and receive any necessary job information. - Manages and maintains company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending and damaged or lost assets. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred. Experience: - A minimum of two years previous work experience is preferred. - Individual must have above average interpersonal skills - Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel. - Reliable automobile transportation. - Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability - Note: As part of the requirement for this job, all positions driving a personal vehicle for work must carry collision and comprehensive coverage at the following minimum coverages. Additionally, Champion Brands must be listed as an “Additional Interested Party” on the policy. - Bodily Injury Liability Limit: $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident - Property Damage Liability Limit: $100,000 each accident An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.
