This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily order fulfillment, while actively coaching and developing a team of 20–30 hourly associates. **What You’ll Work On** This is a working leadership role—you’ll be on the floor, driving performance in real time, solving problems, and supporting your team to meet daily targets. - Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced medical distribution environment where safety, quality, and customer service come first. - Supervise and develop a team of 20–30 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. - Drive daily performance by managing staffing, workflow priorities, productivity, and service levels. - Coach, mentor, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development. - Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a healthcare distribution setting. - Solve operational challenges in real time, using data and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business needs. - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution or Operations - Manufacturing or distribution environment experience **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management,…
