You will manage technician schedules, optimize routing, and ensure customers receive reliable and timely service. You will directly contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of a growing business. ### Accountabilities: The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating field operations, optimizing technician schedules, and ensuring accurate communication between customers and service teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize urgent requests, and confidence managing fast-paced daily workflows. - Build and manage daily technician schedules and routing using field service management platforms. - Review incoming service requests and assign technicians based on urgency, skill set, availability, and location. - Monitor technician status and location in real time to adjust schedules, manage delays, and respond to emergencies. - Provide customers with accurate arrival estimates and proactively communicate schedule updates. - Resolve same-day scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and emergency dispatch needs. - Maintain accurate job information, technician assignments, and status updates within operational systems. - Ensure technicians receive complete job details and relevant information before arriving on-site. - Identify recurring scheduling challenges and escalate operational issues to management. - Support continuous improvement of dispatch processes and service coordination workflows. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in dispatching, scheduling, or field service coordination and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment.
