You will manage call volume and scheduling, skillfully prioritizing multiple requests. Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. You are capable of meeting challenges as you dispatch urgent service requests. Our skilled technicians will depend on you to provide accurate and detailed information. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and independent, proactively assisting in resolving problems. Your mission will be to make every customer a happy one while providing a 5-Star customer service experience. **What We Offer** • Competitive pay ($23 - $27/hr) • 80% company-paid medical insurance • Dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability • Simple IRA retirement plan with a company match • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Work-life balance • Paid training to help you grow individually and professionally Responsibilities • Schedule and dispatch technicians (Right Call, Right Tech) • Handle call volume accurately • Monitor technician location to coordinate service and technician availability • Maintain the technician database and communicate accordingly • Oversee equipment availability; assign drivers, trucks, and extra drivers when needed • Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations • Perform other related duties as assigned **Qualifications** • 3 years of HVAC call center customer service experience • 2 years of HVAC dispatching experience • Previous experience in a high-paced customer service position • Computer proficiency • ServiceTitan experience Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
