## Description **Ready Mix Dispatcher** Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Dispatcher to join our team. As a Ready Mix Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in our operation. This position is more than just dispatching, it’s about ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and top-tier customer service across our ready mix concrete operations. **About the Role** · Coordinate ready mix concrete orders and deliveries using dispatch software, telephone, and radio. · Create customer orders as they are received. · Schedule and coordinate trucking requirements for ready mix operations. · Answer phones and radio communications in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. · Direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. · Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with order needs and addressing concerns.
