**DISHWASHER** The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and ensures sanitation standards for all kitchen equipment, pans, pots, racks, cooking utensils, chinaware, silverware; using machine and manual cleaning methods. Guarantees areas used to complete tasks are maintained clean, safe, and sanitary facility. Dishwasher Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned ● Maintains a safe and sanitary work and guest area through consistent cleaning, organizing, and replenishing of necessary items. ● Scrub and rinse pots, pans, cooking equipment and utensils, chinaware, glassware, silverware, sending as needed on racks through the dishwasher machine. ● Sort and transport clean dishes to replenish work stations such as cooks line and other proper storage areas. ● Sets up and breaks down dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. ● Maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift, wiping up any spills that might occur. ● Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business volume levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by supplier. ● Maintains trash cans throughout shifts and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Washes and scrubs the containers as needed. ● Maintains or exceeds standards of personal appearance, grooming, cleanliness, and hygiene.
