The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead recruiting across all geographies and functions. This individual will partner with leaders across the business to attract and hire the global talent required to bring AI to local businesses and reach our next stage of growth. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi, Utah HQ. What you will be doing: Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting managers and individual contributors across all functions (e.g., G&A, GTM, Technical) Run a performance and data-driven recruiting team - drive pipeline, hold the team accountable to metrics, and move with extreme urgency Partner closely with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities.
