Baker Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Center (CSU). This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring the safety and well-being of consumers, and providing supervision and support to program staff. The Director promotes high-quality, recovery-oriented behavioral health services while ensuring compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and clinical standards. ## Essential Responsibilities - Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the CSU program. - Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff. - Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for consumers. - Promote recovery-oriented, person-centered behavioral health services. - Monitor program compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards. - Collaborate with agency leadership to improve program performance and service delivery. - Oversee administrative functions, documentation, and program operations. ## Qualifications ### Required - Master's degree in **Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field**, **OR** - Registered Nurse (RN) with a current West Virginia license. - Minimum of **two (2) years of supervisory experience.** - Behavioral health or clinical experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ## Preferred Skills - Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams. - Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices. - Ability to foster collaboration and promote a positive team culture. - Commitment to recovery-oriented care and excellent customer service. ## Why Join Southern Highlands?
