The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a key legal advisor for the Company’s midsized European markets as Revolution Medicines prepares for the launch and commercialization of its first oncology product. Reporting to the VP, Legal, Europe, this role will provide practical, risk-based legal advice across commercial operations, market access, competition law, healthcare compliance, contracting, litigation and external stakeholder engagement for selected midsized European markets. The role will partner closely with country and regional leadership to support compliant, scalable commercialization across markets with varying local legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a proactive business partner who balances legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced launch environment. This is an opportunity to help shape the legal strategy for several important European midsized markets while partnering closely with regional and local leaders to build a high-performing, compliant commercial organization. This role complements dedicated in-market counsel for larger direct affiliates. Together, these roles create a clear split of responsibilities: Midsized Markets Counsel: Legal support for selected European midsized markets, including commercial operations, market access, competition law, litigation, local legal issues, and business partnerships. Distributor Markets Counsel: Cross-border commercial contracting and governance for European distributor markets outside the company's direct affiliate footprint, with responsibility for negotiating and managing distribution relationships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partner Serve as a key legal advisor to country and regional leadership teams across selected European midsized markets. Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to support commercial decision-making and business strategy across markets. Act as a trusted business partner, proactively identifying legal risks, opportunities and scalable solutions across the midsized markets portfolio. Support successful launch and ongoing commercialization of the Company's oncology portfolio in selected European midsized markets. Commercial, Contracting & Business Partner Support & In-Market Legal Advice Advise on commercial operations across selected European midsized markets, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Finance. Provide legal support for promotional activities, field-based engagements, digital initiatives, early access and patient support programs across markets. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with consultants, vendors, service providers and strategic partners. Support third-party due diligence, collaboration governance and ongoing business partner relationship management. Market Access & Pricing Lead legal support for pricing, reimbursement, tenders, healthcare contracting and market access initiatives across selected European midsized markets.
