Director, Product Marketing Manager (Commerce)

As our Director, Product Marketing Manager, you will: Define and lead the product marketing strategy, including positioning, target segments, and growth priorities aligned with company objectives Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers, setting clear direction and elevating execution standards Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy to drive acquisition and expansion across channels Develop differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to drive aligned execution and measurable pipeline impact Elevate sales enablement and customer storytelling to strengthen market presence and win rates Here is what will qualify you for the role: 7+ years in marketing, including 3–5+ years in product marketing within ecommerce or digital commerce Proven experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership Experience leading or mentoring team members and driving performance Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect insights to business outcomes What will make you stand out: Experience in enterprise technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platforms Experience influencing executive stakeholders and contributing to company-level strategy Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to pipeline and revenue impact Exceptional storytelling skills, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives Do you think you can bring this role to life?
