We wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work. About the Role: This role requires a leader who can set a compelling strategy, align diverse teams, and turn complex recovery problems into clear, actionable outcomes. For this, we are seeking a Director of Product Management - Threat Analytics Platform with a strong security and machine learning background. Rubrik sits on a time series of data, metadata, identity data and more that we use to provide actionable insights and recommendations to accelerate cyber recovery. As AI attacks ramp, we need to create innovative strategies that reduce customers’ overall mean time to recovery. In this role you will define the vision and strategy for cyber recovery across all types of applications and build an enduring and differentiated platform that powers Rubrik Security Cloud and delivers on Agentic Cyber Resilience. This role owns products such as anomaly detection, threat hunting and monitoring, and sensitive data discovery and will help reimagine this platform to incorporate more signals to create new integrated offerings to accelerate cyber recovery. What You’ll Own: Product Strategy & Execution: Define and own the long-term product vision for the threat analytics platform anchored in fast cyber recovery Reimagine how threat signals across data, identity, metadata, code, configurations and more feed into AI models that provide recovery paths and remediation actions Develop a point of view on the threat landscape, including AI based threats, identity based threats, misconfigurations, and ransomware and translate this into a differentiated product strategy Leadership Build, lead and scale a high-performing global team of 3 Product Managers Act as a cross-functional leader and unifier, aligning product, engineering, data science, security research and go-to-market teams around shared outcomes. Serve as a credible product voice in executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and key customer conversations. Serve as a trusted partner to global stakeholders across US, India and Israel, navigating distributed execution and time-zone collaboration effectively What We’re Looking For: 10-15 years in product management, with 5+ years managing PMs. Deep machine learning and AI experience building complex models for security use cases Demonstrated experience developing 0-1 business strategy from inception to execution tied to business outcomes First principles thinking Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with external customers and partners on ideation and customer issues Experience in a platform PM or horizontal PM role preferred Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
