This role provides comprehensive clinical teaching, mentorship, and curriculum leadership while ensuring an exceptional educational experience for residents participating in the Osteopathic Recognition Track. The Director of Osteopathic Education champions Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP), promotes evidence-based and patient-centered care, and fosters an engaging learning environment that supports resident development, scholarly achievement, and clinical excellence. Working collaboratively with program leadership, the DOE helps prepare the next generation of family physicians to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care while addressing health equity and reducing healthcare disparities. **Key Responsibilities** **Osteopathic Education & Curriculum Leadership**• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) curriculum for the Family Medicine Residency Program.• Ensure compliance with Osteopathic Recognition requirements and provide oversight for residents participating in the Osteopathic Recognition Track.• Design innovative educational experiences that integrate osteopathic philosophy, clinical reasoning, and hands-on osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).• Promote the incorporation of evidence-based osteopathic practices into patient care and resident education. **Resident, Student & Learner Education**• Educate, train, and supervise Family Medicine residents in both clinical and educational settings.• Teach medical students and other healthcare learners, as applicable, in the theory, science, and identity of Family Medicine within contemporary healthcare systems.• Deliver high-quality didactic lectures and educational sessions that support residency learning objectives, including topics related to health equity and health disparities.• Create and maintain an engaging, inclusive, and learner-centered educational environment that promotes professional growth and lifelong learning.• Serve as a mentor, coach, and trusted advisor to residents throughout their training. **Resident Assessment & Program Evaluation**• Evaluate Family Medicine residents and medical students using competency-based and milestone-driven assessment methodologies.• Conduct direct observation and provide actionable feedback to support learner growth and professional development.• Assess resident competency in Osteopathic Principles and Practice with a focus on clinical application and osteopathic identity.• Contribute to Cli…
