Additionally, responsible for assuming leadership responsibility for all areas/functions of the Perioperative Services Division on a 24/7 basis. ## Qualifications **Education** - Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a closely related field Required - Master’s degree Preferred **Work Experience** - 7 years of progressively responsible experience involving clinical leadership, performance/operations improvement, project management and/or analysis Required **Licenses and Certifications** - RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required - BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required - Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Piedmont QPI Black Belt Preferred ## Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Rockdale Hospital
