We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Associate Director. The primary duty of the Director of Supported Living (DSL) is the management of the Supported Living program, which includes the protective oversight of individuals in residential services, including their care, skills training in activities of daily living, home management, and community integration. The DSL oversees the provision of individually planned services for persons served at different locations throughout the community. The DSL ensures that services are provided in accordance with individualized plans, in a safe and secure environment, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals served. The Director of Supported Living also plays a role in promoting the mission of the Agency in the community and advocating for the needs of persons served. This is an executive-level, safety-sensitive, exempt position requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Minimum Qualifications Degree from a four-year accredited college or university One year of experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities.
