The Director oversees program planning, implementation, staff development, quality improvement, grant compliance, performance measurement, and outcome evaluation to ensure services are evidence-informed, responsive to community needs, and aligned with Unleashing Potential's mission, values, and strategic plan. | | **Duties/Responsibilities** | | **Program-Related:** · Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and execute the strategic vision, goals, and priorities for the Strengthening Resilient Families (SRF) department · Co-facilitates with the Program Evaluation & Continuous Quality Improvement Consultant on the design, implementation, and evaluation of the SRF department's logic model and performance measurement framework, establishing meaningful metrics to demonstrate program impact and outcomes · Provides leadership, direction, and supervision to SRF staff, ensuring the effective delivery of evidence-informed family support services, educational programming, and community-based initiatives · Oversees the development and implementation of family engagement strategies that promote consistent participation, positive outcomes, and continuity of care · Ensures high-quality, family-centered services by monitoring program effectiveness, participant engagement, and adherence to organizational and funding requirements · Serves as a liaison with community partners, schools, and service providers to strengthen collaborative relationships and expand resources available to families · Oversees the planning and implementation of workshops, support groups, educational sessions, and special events that address the needs of children and families · Ensures the systems established for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing participant feedback and outcome data to support continuous quality improvement and program enhancement is adhered to · Directs resource coordination efforts to connect families with internal and external services that address identified needs and promote long-term stability · Ensures staff partner with families to develop and monitor Family Partnership Agreements that build on family strengths, establish goals, and support self-sufficiency · Promotes family resilience by ensuring programs provide access to resources, education, and opportunities that strengthen parenting, increase self-sufficiency, and improve overall well-being · Maintains a direct service caseload or participant engagement activities, as needed, to support program operations and remain informed of emerging family and community needs **Manager responsibilities** · Provides leadership, supervision, and performance management for SRF staff, including goal setting, coaching, annual performance evaluations, recognition, corrective action, and professional development · Partners with Human Resources to recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse team that supports the mission and goals of the Strengthening Resilient Families department · Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide coaching, performance feedback, support professional growth, and monitor progress toward departmental and individual goals · Fosters a culture of open communication, collab…
