Our vision is to make Mississippi the best place to grow old. ## Description The **Sales and Marketing Director** leads the sales and marketing efforts for local Retirement Community. This position builds relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and the local community while helping older adults navigate one of life's most important decisions. The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for driving occupancy growth through strategic sales efforts, community outreach, and referral source development in support of the mission and values of Methodist Senior Services. ## Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience with experience developing and implementing sales plans. Prefer two years in healthcare or senior living market. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Mississippi as required.
