Director of Sales & Marketing Overview Cal-Ore is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives. This executive role oversees Sales & Marketing, Service Delivery, and Customer Service functions to ensure alignment with company goals and a high-quality customer experience. Job Summary: - Lead daily operations of Sales & Marketing and Service Delivery teams - Provide indirect oversight of Customer Service - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth - Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity - Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach - Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness - Allocate resources across initiatives for maximum impact - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong service delivery - Recruit, train, and mentor team members - Conduct performance evaluations and foster a results-driven culture Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 10+ years of telecommunications experience - 10+ years in sales and/or marketing roles - 5+ years of leadership experience (telecom preferred) - Proven success developing and executing growth strategies - Experience managing complex sales cycles (Enterprise, Government, Education, Commercial) - Strong analytical skills with ROI/TCO experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated leadership and team development success - Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Cal-Ore offers competitive wages and a generous benefits package, including medical coverage and a pension plan.
