This role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service and quality standards, leading service recovery efforts, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Director of Rooms oversees staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and departmental budgets while monitoring occupancy, labor costs, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
