### Director of Procurement As the Director of Procurement, you will lead and oversee all procurement strategy and execution across Energix North America's solar portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies for major capital equipment and services, driving cost optimization, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring alignment across development, EPC, finance, and operations teams. You will play a key leadership role in scaling procurement capabilities to support the company's rapid growth, while building strong supplier partnerships and ensuring successful project delivery across all phases. Key Responsibilities - Lead procurement strategy for utility-scale solar projects across development, construction, and operations phases - Oversee and manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFPs/RFQs for major equipment (modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, BOS, and services) - Drive commercial negotiations and execute complex supply agreements, master service agreements, and purchase orders - Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Development, EPC, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to align procurement with project and financial objectives - Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including global manufacturers and service providers - Develop and implement category strategies, supplier segmentation, and long-term sourcing plans - Oversee market intelligence and forecasting for key solar equipment and supply chain trends - Support project financing and financial close, ensuring procurement and contract structures meet lender and investor requirements - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including pricing volatility, lead times, and geopolitical factors - Lead, mentor, and grow the procurement team, establishing a high-performing and scalable function - Time to time to our sites Qualifications: Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Experience - 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with significant experience in utility-scale renewable energy - Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving procurement strategy at scale - Deep expertise in large-scale contract negotiations and capital equipment procurement - Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and equipment markets; experience with global sourcing and supplier negotiations - Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and procurement tools - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
