Through our platform we handle design, quoting, procurement, and customer service, allowing our contractor network to focus on what they do best and make them money: delivering projects. About the Role & Your Impact We are looking for a Director of People to elevate our people operations from the scrappy, early days of a startup into a well-oiled machine that keeps our people, office, and talent acquisition engine functioning at their highest levels. You will pull together a number of processes & policies for hiring, onboarding, events and our office to create an incredible and cohesive experience for our team. If done well, you’ll not only enable us to grow quickly to achieve our business ambitions, but also to achieve our goal of being the best and most sought after company in Colorado. Who You Are You are a natural connector and bring energy into every room you enter. You love building strong, fun team cultures, meaningful events, and handle the thoughtful details that elevate experiences. Your default is to put structure where there isn’t any, but also know the difference between processes that look good on paper and what actually works in a high velocity organization. You have get s*** done attitude and don’t believe there is a task that is beneath you. Finally, you have the highest standards when it comes to integrity and discretion. You know how to gracefully handle a variety of personalities and situations (good, bad, or otherwise), and build trust with leadership by toeing the line of handling vs. escalating issues to leadership appropriately.
