Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective treatment, and we are looking for a Director of Operations to support the seamless coordination of care and operations across our Alabama market. Position Summary Early Autism Services is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to drive operational excellence, scalability, and growth across our clinics in Alabama. In this onsite, field-based leadership role, you will oversee clinic performance, manage administrative teams, and ensure the consistent execution of workflows. This position is ideal for a data-driven leader who excels at building systems, coaching teams, and fostering community relationships to support market expansion and maintain high service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities - Strategic & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily and weekly clinic operations, managing budget performance (including revenue and cost drivers) and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, staff, and client concerns to ensure timely resolution. - Team Development & Coaching: Lead and develop Clinic Coordinators and administrative staff. Establish clear accountability structures and provide ongoing coaching and training to strengthen leadership capability and ensure consistent execution of daily tasks. - Intake, Launch & Growth: Own the full local intake process—from new client inquiries to service coordination—and monitor intake metrics to identify growth barriers. Coordinate new clinic launches and build referral networks within the community to sustain long-term market presence. - Performance Management: Monitor key operational metrics such as clinic hours, utilization, and cancellations. Implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and maintain accurate reporting tools to provide leadership with insights for business planning.
