What you’ll do: Strategic Leadership: Build and implement advanced operational infrastructure to support projected growth and efficiency. Financial Oversight: Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting visibility, and oversight of bookkeeping/CPA partnerships, helping build a more mature and accountable financial infrastructure. KPI & Data Management: Implement comprehensive KPI tracking and accountability systems, ensuring data-driven insights propel growth. Process Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operational workflows and communication channels. Execution & Accountability: Lead initiatives with autonomy, ensuring seamless execution and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving. Technology Oversight: Modernize and optimize the technological stack to enhance firm operations and reporting capabilities.
