Athletic Corporation employees are at-will. **Job Summary** Under the general direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Football and Director of Scouting, the Director of On-Campus Recruiting will help coordinate all aspects of recruiting potential student-athletes. The Director of On-Campus Recruiting will stay abreast of industry standards and best practices. The candidate is also responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of the Fresno State Athletics Department, as well as adhering to the NCAA policies and procedures. **Key Qualifications** | Knowledge of office machines and computer software, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, electronic business forms, and the internet. Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
