While, maintaining understanding of current treatments, knowledge, and practices in addiction care. - Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the medical program to ensure that patient needs, and Phoenix House standards are met. - Ensures maintenance of standards of tracking across facilities (i.e. log books, consistency with regulatory requirements) and creates tracking systems where and when needed. - Ensures all substance use program nurses fulfill requirements of competency checklist at appropriate intervals. - Ensures facility maintenance and cleanliness in compliance with CARF/OMH and OASAS standards. - Manage patient outcome tracking in patient and research database. - Develops, prepares, and monitors personnel, supply and equipment budgets in collaboration with the staff, medical director and CEO. - Develops measures and monitors unit operational performance metrics inclusive of agency and overtime costs, vacancy, and turnover rates. **Locations of Oversight** - Long Island City, Queens (Outpatient Included) - Springfield Gardens, Queens - Brentwood, Long Island - Lake Ronkonkoma, Long Island - Hauppauge, Long Island - East Hampton, Long Island (Outpatient included) **REQUIRED EDUCATION** - Five to ten years of management experience. - Registered Nurse with valid New York State license. **REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS** - NYS…
