Director of Marketing & Communications

## Overview The **Director of Marketing & Communications** is responsible for the development, execution, and management of marketing strategies and programs that support growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and recruitment initiatives across a multi-site hospice organization. ## Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, quarterly plans, and KPI tracking - Execute campaigns, manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing programs. - Oversee website content, performance, SEO optimization, and analytics insights. - Develop and manage social strategies, create content, manage engagement, and grow audience. - Maintain brand standards, develop creative assets, ensure consistency across channels. - Manage PR, media outreach, internal communications, and leadership messaging. - Create compelling content across web, campaign, internal and external communications - Track performance, build reports, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns. - Coordinate vendors, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Develop brochures, collateral, signage, and ensure alignment with brand messaging. - Support hiring campaigns, employer branding, and job marketing strategies. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 2–5+ years of marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
