The Director will have had demonstrated experience in personnel supervision, equipment management, and successful physician relations. Prior successful Imaging Services Department leadership of 3 or more years is preferred, but not mandatory. Maintains current competency for the performance of radiographic studies that from time-to-time are performed personally (general radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, portable and emergency). Maintains performance such that thorough patient studies, using standardized criteria, is the consistent standard of care provided. **Licenses/Certification:** Certified in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and CT certification also preferred. Member in good standing with the America Healthcare Radiology Administrators, preferred. Maintenance of current CPR/BLS. **Responsibilities:** As the Director of Imaging Services at Gunnison Valley Health, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Departments financial future, ensuring long-term sustainability. You will lead staff development, establish and maintain department policies, prepare capital budgets, assure compliance with regulations and requirements, while providing strategic insights to drive organizational success.
