Director of IDD Waiver Programs

Headquartered in Pittston, Pennsylvania, the agency supports people with disabilities in 14 counties in Eastern and Northeastern, Pennsylvania, and has 6 regional offices, including Pittston, Stroudsburg, Nesquehoning, Pottsville, Allentown, and Reading, PA. Work and living support services can and should be delivered to support them how they choose. **Description** **:** The Director of IDD Waiver Programs is responsible for the leadership, management, compliance, quality, financial performance, and day-to-day operation of PA Inclusive’s ODP IDD Waiver Programs. The Director oversees assigned program managers, Regional Program Supervisors, Program Supervisors, Case Managers, Employment Specialists, Direct Support Professionals, and other program personnel. The position ensures that services are delivered safely, consistently, and in accordance with Individual Support Plans, service authorizations, Chapter 6100 regulations, applicable waiver requirements, and agency policies. The Director reports to and works closely with the Director of Programs and Operations. In addition to overseeing the IDD Waiver division, the position assists the Director of Programs and Operations with agency-wide program development, operational planning, performance management, staffing coordination, quality improvement, and other program and operational matters. The Director serves as a member of the agency’s leadership team and may act on behalf of the Director of Programs and Operations when assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will have deep knowledge and experience in the IDD Waiver System and have a wide connection with Supports Coordinators, Administrative Entities, ODP representatives, school districts, referral sources, and community partners. The candidate should also have deep knowledge with disability employment services, outcomes tracking, quality assurance, setting and holding staff accountable to deliverables, goal setting, demonstrated program development, solid financial growth and management experience, and a passion for helping people with disabilities live and work inclusively in the community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the daily operations of all assigned IDD Waiver Programs. - Ensure services are delivered in accordance with person-centered principles, agency standards, and ODP regulations. - Develop annual departmental goals, performance metrics, and growth objectives consistent with the agency's strategic priorities. - Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and participant outcomes. - Support program growth by developing referral relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services within the community. - Oversee the referral, intake, admission, transfer, and discharge processes for IDD Waiver Programs.…
