Director of Home Health

Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. This full-time position offers competitive pay, generous benefits and a supportive work environment. The Director of Home Health directs and manages daily operations of Home Health Services. This includes, management of the annual department budget, staff productivity, and analysis and management of variances. This role keeps abreast of regulatory requirements and maintains state of survey readiness, directs patient satisfaction program and referral relations, including complaint management, and provides oversight of quality, staff education, and competencies Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm Location: Larkspur Office; 4 days onsite required Salary : $160K - $180K By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by home health personnel. Provide guidance and counseling to home health managers to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health services provided through agency personnel. Collaborates with colleagues to support patients’ transitions to other service lines. Implement EPIC upgrades. Maintains TJC accreditation. Works with Quality Assurance on CAHPS scores Education/Experience : Degree as a registered nurse. Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; BSN preferred. Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a health care (preferably Home Health) setting. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California Home Care Manager Certification, Home Care Administrator Certification preferred.
