Director of Employment & Community Integration

At Linwood Center, we're seeking a Director of Employment & Community Integration to provide strategic leadership for our Adult Services programs, including Supported Employment, Community Integration and Day Habilitation. You'll join a collaborative leadership team where your ideas are valued, your professional growth is supported, and your leadership directly influences the future of our programs and the people who benefit from them. **What You’ll Do** - Ensure Linwood’s Individuals and teams are provided ongoing collaborative process that empowers Individuals to direct their own lives, care, and community integration. - Ensure teams focus on our Individuals unique strengths, goals, and personal preferences. - Ensure program and services exceed all licensing requirements and that all federal, state and local regulations are met. - Ensure the integration of Linwood’s employment program. This includes the oversight and management of operations. - Facilitate family and community involvement. - Ensure optimal enrollment in all programs.
