Director of DEIB and Recruiting - Broome

**Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency.** **$68,000-72,000 a year** **On-Site, in person position in Binghamton, NY** **Position Summary:** The director will design, develop and implement strategic Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and recruiting programs throughout the organization. This key position collaborates closely with the director of Human Resources and will serve as chair of the existing DEIB Committee. **Responsibilities:** - Chair DEI committee and oversee all activities associated with this committee - **Possess a deep understanding of DEI principles.
