Director of Clinical Operations

Family Health Center of Worcester (FHCW) is committed to providing high-quality healthcare to families in underserved communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team. **Position Summary:** The Director of Clinical Operations will provide strategic direction and oversight for the day-to-day business operations of all FHCW sites. This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving patient access and experience, and implementing key process improvements across our clinical services. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and implement workflow processes to maximize access to high-quality care while supporting revenue goals • Lead initiatives to improve patient and staff engagement and retention • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to standardize processes and procedures • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of assigned staff • Ensure culturally and linguistically competent care delivery **Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare administration field required; Master's degree strongly preferred • Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts • 5-7 years of direct experience in ambulatory care setting • 2-5 years of supervisory experience • Demonstrated proficiency in health systems management and quality improvement methodologies • Strong communication and leadership skills • Bilingual skills (English and another language relevant to our patient population) preferred Reporting Relationship: Senior Director of Practice Management **EOE** Monday - Friday; 8:30am -5:00pm
