Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and skills, with an anticipated minimum salary of $150,000 annually, plus benefits. **Position Summary** The Director of Clinic & Surgical Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Associated Eye Care’s clinic and ambulatory surgery center operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for operational performance, patient access, workflow optimization, financial stewardship, employee engagement, regulatory readiness, and the overall patient and physician experience. This position partners closely with physicians, executive leadership, and department leaders to improve operational efficiency, support organizational growth, enhance patient care delivery, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced ophthalmology environment.
